Smoke smell in the room and one fan has no control. Bathroom has a very large window where outsiders can see

Nothing provided, no proper bed cover, bed sheets are smelling, no bath towels. No room service. No soap, brush and paste. Regretted for taken the room. No lift. Reason for all this , it is under construction. I think you are also responsible for misguiding us. You make money ultimately only customers only suffer. I think we have to think twice before book through you.
