Decent Stay, but Needs Improvement (Wrong Location on MMT)
The location mentioned on MakeMyTrip was incorrect, and I had to inform IVY Residency about the same. Overall, the property is decent, but not excellent. The room had stains on the pillow covers and bath towels, which was disappointing. With better cleanliness and accurate location details, the stay could have been much better.

Terrible Stay
No proper photos of the property and they have mentioned compact room , but when I went there it’s hardly a room !! It’s just place to sleep , no space to walk also !! Very small !! No proper description for the room , and no refund also since after cancelling!! Waste of money

Bathroom have no footrest mat. Not even single dustbin available in room or in bath room. Very congested room, little space between the bed and wall. mattress is not good. Door locks are very worst. No television or drawers available

the room was worst, and bugs were all around near the bed. The washroom was smelly and broken. the room was so small that no one could fit in there. i couldnot even fit in the bed.

Terrible Stay
The worst hotel I've ever seen. We came to coimbatore after completion of our honeymoon. They gave us a room and it's full of cockroaches around 40-50. They changed the room and there were some bugs still. Bathrooms are not clean, tv remote is not there, locks for bathroom are not proper, beds ,pillows,pillow covers, bedsheets everything are dirty. Cannot adjust AC temperature. Cigarette smell all over the building. Hairs, dust, cobwebs, fruitpeels are all over on the floor,in and outside the rooms. I'd give negative rating if there is a chance. Do not ever book this hotel if you don't want to get sick with cockroaches

Worst Room
IVY Residency was nothing like what was shown in the pictures — truly the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. The blankets and pillows had a strong, unpleasant odor, and I had to spray perfume just to tolerate the smell. The toilet seat looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages — even public restrooms would’ve been better maintained. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, no dustbin in the room, and even bedbugs under the blanket. Since we checked in around 1 AM, we had no choice but to stay. Absolutely not recommended for anyone!

Poor Sta
Rooms are very small, we stayed for a day but had worst experience. Pillows and bedsheets were very, there is no space in room for changing clothes. Staff is irresponsible, we asked for towels and they gave those at 11.30pm after asking multiple times and still staff member behaved very rude. There are many areas for improvement and would not suggest to anyone.
