In no way a hotel for any decent family’s stay. Just ordinary unclean lodge
We were three couples. All rooms were extremely bad, unhygienic, almost zero service, with non functional electric switch points. No phone in Room#403. The toilet commode seat cover was missing in Room#401, Window-AC in Room#403 is adjacent/touching the bed, almost whistling into the sleeping person's ears. There were traces & signs of bed-bugs in all three rooms on 3rd floor… #401, #402, #403. Main door of Room#402 could not be locked from inside, due to faulty lock-mechanism. Breakfast was included in our booking, but they said we only have one item- Aloo Paratha for breakfast.

Work on cleanliness
There was a rat in my room although they changed the room the staff was friendly and helping. Overall at this rate the stay was good

Before booking it was showing in near civil lines bus station but it so long 3km from civil lines bus station. And second thing service is very poor.

Location is ok, rooms and beds were fine. Construction work and ac water dripping noise unbearable.

Terrible Stay
Facilities was too bad, they gave me a towel after repeated interruptions, that too after a day. When i requested several times, they said that the laundry has not arrived yet and they also gave me lunch only for one day. They did not give me the tour extension's lunch at all, and for one night i was shifted to another hotel from where i myself had to return the next morning.

Food delayed
No restaurant in hotel breakfast was included but delayed we ordered for breakfast with time one night before but it came after twice reminding the reception no phone in room 1 hour late breakfast

When i reached hotel i told him i have a booking but he refuse and told that there is no room available, why he takes booking and then he told that go there that is also our hotel what is that mean at 12 am ill go here and there reducelus worst hotel in allahabad and treebo also.

Terrible. Hotel location is exactly on the other direction of the road and showing in a narrow lane.
After lot of struggle with people who are 75 yerars of age, we located. Found it horrible at the reception. Reception didn't confirm for 30 minutes. Meanwhile we booked in welcome heritage badi kothi because of fear. Just moved away. Strongly remove the name and re-tun my money and oblige. Whereas ayodhya stay at hotel ramayana is extremely good
