bedsheet was very dirty . we stay 2 days but cleaning is not happen next day .overall ok price range

They are charging for A/C rooms, but A/C not working at all. Fans are also not working. Bathrooms does not have the locks. Staff is very rude. This is one of the worst hotel i have ever seen. Avoid booking this hotel if travelling with family.

Not recommended unless it's mahakumbh. First, credit where due. The tea was good and adequately priced. The people were friendly. Location is adequate from Prayagraj junction. That's where praise ends. First the most unforgivable part - booking breakfast and then in morning saying we don't have kitchen. The room lock didn't work. Dampness smell. The ac didn't work despite being ac room. For 8k per room that i paid, very poor. Hardly a 2.5k to me but then it's mahakumbh time.

Rooms were not upto the standard . I have paid for one night stay. But there were no proper amenities like drinking water, tea kettle etc. Rooms were dirty, bed sheet was not properly cleaned. The attached bath was in shabby condition, water was licking in the floor, no toiletries.

Dirty rooms even the facility is not as shown in photos. New staff and hotel doesn’t have any restaurant Nearby locality is untidy

Worst experience of a lifetime , giving a very very low standard OYO property @exorbitantly high prices ....it was a complete chaos .....Shouldn't have done this.

The bedsheet was dirty, and the bathroom was not clean either. There were also a lot of mosquitoes. W

I tried to contact property but it was not contactable. Because I wanted to cancel my booking. Finally I contacted MMT. They also didn’t do anything. This’s the worst property I have seen in my life

No amenities provide instead they were fighting with me

Our stay served purpose for mahakumbh dip very well as it is easily approachable from kydganj boat club and also not far from arail ghat. Prices were market driven due kumbh. Staff was courteous and helped us whatever they can. Rooms had working tv and gyser, small kitchen available at facility for tea coffee etc. Things that can be improved is room fittings and painting for better ambience.

Only positive is that the ginger tea was good. Otherwise a terrible stay. We checked in and the blankets were dirty they refused to change. Took ages to get the breakfast. The neighboring rooms were too noisy all night. Water bottles weren’t given the second day and last day. The cot was flimsy. Far away from triveni sangam. Only booked ‘coz it was mid way to airport. Wouldn’t recommmend.

Property location is good. From here we can easily get auto towards sangam entry or boat club. Room was spacious with balcony. Staff is cooperative, they listen to requests. Overall good

Not good place very bad

Rooms are good but service is really bad. We visited during Kumbh and requested many things which were ignored, poor manpower, poor communication with customers and okayish amenities. Car parking was there. 2 star experience.

No breakfast has been provided by hotel staff, they denied as said that it is not included. Even our booking voucher includes breakfast. Even one of room bathroom gizer not working. Door locked.
