## Review of Imrama (Amantran) Experience Our experience at Imrama (which was surprisingly signed as Amantran) not even the real name was disappointing. The location was inconveniently far, and there were no clear directional signs to help us find it. Upon arrival, the receptionist, Vinay, seemed uninterested and unresponsive to our concerns. He mentioned that he had already informed the owner, Prakhar, but unfortunately, Prakhar didn't take the time to speak with us. The room was in a deplorable state, with noticeable dirt, large cockroaches, and a strong unpleasant odor and toilet were in very bad condition as well as the outage of water was not there with washbasin. Additionally, the beds were advertised as double beds but were actually single beds with single mattresses attached, dirty bed sheets, and inadequate bedding. Given the condition, we were extremely dissatisfied with our stay. It was pathetic.

booked my AC room . When I reached the location, there was no sign board nothing. And the no. that was given to me nobody received call instead the concerned person was declining my calls. I matched the building with the photo and banged the door. Found out that the place has been leased to somebody else and the name is changed now. Actually, there is no name to this place. Then I enquired at the reception they did not know about my booking. Finally they handed me a non Ac room saying the booking is for a non Ac room. Dirty bedsheets, no water bottles, no mosquito repellent nothing. I left the property at haze. Pathetic experience being a solo lady traveller.
