## Review of Imrama (Amantran)
Experience
Our experience at Imrama (which was surprisingly signed as Amantran) not even the real name was disappointing. The location was inconveniently far, and there were no clear directional signs to help us find it. Upon arrival, the receptionist, Vinay, seemed uninterested and unresponsive to our concerns. He mentioned that he had already informed the owner, Prakhar, but unfortunately, Prakhar didn't take the time to speak with us. The room was in a deplorable state, with noticeable dirt, large cockroaches, and a strong unpleasant odor and toilet were in very bad condition as well as the outage of water was not there with washbasin. Additionally, the beds were advertised as double beds but were actually single beds with single mattresses attached, dirty bed sheets, and inadequate bedding. Given the condition, we were extremely dissatisfied with our stay. It was pathetic.
