Property owner denied to provide me stay. Even if i prepaid and had confirmed booking. Make my trip should block this property. Thanks make my trip for supporting

It was a very bad experience, we reached there around 4:pm on 21ts may 2023. Frankly speaking, that place was not preferable for family stay. We did not check in. There was stone in their food. It was very bad service so we just stayed there only for 1 hour and then booked another hotel. Rooms were in a very bad state. I would like to say, this type of property degrades the value of the makemytrip platform also. And i would request that you refund our amount as we did not stay there. One advice, please do some research before adding this type of property in your platform. Bad experience and next time i have to think twice about whether i should use makemytrip to plan my trip or not.

I visited with my family and i had one of the best experiences. I would highly recommend it to my friends and family as the staff was very helpful and the camp is also located where you could enjoy nature to the fullest as the river is just 200 mtr

There was no cleanliness,no safety measure.no social distancing..terrible exp.....we had to leave the location ....we spent only 1 hr in the hotel ......highly expensive.....not worth a single penny and checked in into another hotel....we wasted our money....and it was very expensive....useless....not at all good for a family...arrangements are not good.....dine in area is not good ......they have tin roof................
