Review Of Hotel Yugantar and Banquet

The room is very dirty, there was a foul smell coming from the washroom, I even complained about it but there was no response, the behavior of the staff here is very dirty, my experience was very bad.

Dirty rooms and bad experience , room size are normal but amenities inside were not there even water bottle also

I booked the room for three person and teo days and reached the hotel at 2 nd day at 11:00 am. I have already informed to d receptionist many times over phone that due to traffic i will reach late. When i reach at hotel my room was allotted to some other person and i was allotted the room which was in very bad confition

Very unclean, dusty everywhere. Bed sheets not washed, no warm water in the bathroom, no ventilation, windows opened inside the corridor.

The location is good. Food average. Cleanliness is so so. Staff good. As i could stay only for about 5 hrs.

Heaven for pet owners as they didn’t made a fuss about keeping pet, but they need 2 improve kitchen

The receptionist was very bad. At the time of checkin it is clearly discussed that we have to checkout next day at 16.

Hotel manager mr jagdish is a rude person who doesnt care about his guests. He doesnt know how to deal in hospitality sector. Requesting mm t team to call me back for more details.

Location is very easy to find & near by the bus & railway station. Food quality & service very good.

They were so reluctant to provide water bottles for the second day of our visit. They were eager to charge for the bottles even when it's a custom to water bottles free of cost for every day.

Worst hotel ever i visiting. The receptionist with worst behaviour. It was mentioned that 3 hours before the chk in time i can check in but they were least bothered as it was booked via mmt.

First of all, 300 sq ft room is not 300 sq ft, it is just a small room and the mentioned size includes the bathroom. Rooms and corridor was smelling, cigarette ashes and dirty bedsheets. It was a worst experience i ever had in a stay. Breakfast buffet has limited option. Toilet seat is closing automatically, so u have to hold the lid. It was overpriced and not as per the standards it was that bad experience
