Terrible experience

Hotel charged extra even after having prepaid booking. Poor hygiene: washroom and bedroom was not clean. Even blanket provided was already used one.

Hotel is located in posh area of allahabad well connected to various places. Hotel has good facilities and service but it can be much better.
