I booked this Hotel for my 02 day business trip with Breakfast in the package inclusion, on day one when i asked the for the evening tea they told they don't have kitchen facility hence it has to be brought from outside i agreed to them and given them the mk ey to bring tea ,a waiter brought tea from the market on polyethene bag with 02 kulhad out of which on was found to be broken when the waiter started serving to us, this was how we dealt with, Now on the second day morning till 10.00am morning we waited that someone from the hotel will call and ask for the breakfast as it was included in the package but no on called us till 11.00 am when we called at reception foe the breakfast they said they have such facility ,which again led me to frustration ,I called MMT team stating about the issue than they provided us with 10 Rupees of 2 packet bread along with butter costing 05 Rupees in the same way like they offered us the tea in polythin bag.This shows there unprofessional behaviour and work ethics in hospitality sector .I think the MMT team should review the feedback given and take necessary action by de-listing it from the MMT platform,else trust of people on MMT will also compromise.

very poor room no.402 was very congested room lock was not working properly when I changed my room next day ,the room no.101 was allotted to me in which washroom was too small to bath and room was sealed.ac was fix in other direction to bed.worst experience.no kitchen

Online each room size shows 1399 sq. Ft but actually its less than 139 sq. Ft, no ventilation, bathroom water directly comes in room, only one towel & 1 small size soap provided for 2 days, drinking water provide on demand only & in less quantity

pathetic room condition. i visited there with my family, The room was not cleaned properly, it seemed that someone earlier had smoked in that room. No staff dropped us into the room. The boy at the reception couldn't find how to get us checked in. Such a terrible experience..
