on the Mauni Amavasya day when me and my father has already started towards the hotel , on the way I called the owner and his first reaction was in denial , and then with lot arguments he accepted

The hotel denied my checkin in the middle of night. Worst experience ever

Firstly they were not agree to give the room. I have paid already then also. N they didnt provide clean bedsheet n pillows. A/c was not working properly

Only one problem drinking water drinking water was not come so please add on food thank you so much

Booking the hotel was an unpleasant experience regarding costing the hotel don't except the booking and our situation is very awkward the position is likely fighting and threatening the receptionist about defaming the hotel and all kind of bakwaas, which is very much harrassing after traveling, complaining about the position is another issue where call centre has to represent the situation there system jahan baddi baddi baten karte hai sorry for the situation refund ki which ends up in compromising with the situation and paying the hotel the actual price. Stay was comfortable but the location is far, not in kms but crossing the shastri bridge is not an easy way we have to wait hours to go through.
