High Rate (because of MMT) Vs average experience..Ok-Ok
I was travelling with my family to Prayagraj first time. Hotel is near to Prayagraj Junction at easy accessible area of Civil lines, nearer to main road. Room size is sufficient large and rooms were clean, nicely maintained. Connectivity to visit prayagraj's main destination is easy and staff is very much co-operative. but toilet shower has problem and room bail also malfunctioning. lift is available but too small for 2 person to use with luggage. the place is noisy at because some construction was going on inside. Had bad experience with towel as they issued poor quality towel which was torn when I bent down restaurant is available but food menu are Average quality taste. So in comparison with high money I spent using MMT, the stay experience was average.

I have been staying at Vitthal International Hotel, Prayagraj since June and have stayed here several times. During all my stays, I have had a wonderful experience. I really liked the services provided and found all the staff members to be very polite, helpful, and professional. Thank you to the entire team for making my stays so comfortable and pleasant.

the hotel charged me extra for early check in.....they didnt even tell us that breakfast in included in the tariff and where should we have breakfast......

neat and tidy hotel rooms, sufficient secured parking space, location is in the heart of City , very understanding hotel staff ,food tastes good ,quick service, smooth check in our process... overall had a great experience with family stay. no complain

Me and my brother stayed just for the night. The room was neat and spacious. Washroom neat and clean. Overall experience was good. Recommended for short stays.

Average Stay
Good hotel near Railway station. Food quality is ok , in Breakfast single option. No juice available. Room service is ok but very noisy and disturbing.

Terrible Stay
Third class service,when we ask for anything they took 1,2 hrs or need to. All twice or thrice...when I booked hotel it’s written with breakfast later it says no breakfast included

Poor Stay
compared to price it's not value for money. AC was not working, leakage. breakfast starts late at 8.30am. You have to request for every small thing which should be by default.

Good location.Hotel staff are very co-operative. Hotel incharge needs to focus on the condition of the building, the room maintenance and special washroom.
