Pathetic stay
Firstly, hotel staff is totally unprofessional and they don't know how to treat guest. Very rude, not replying properly and lot of attitude. Secondly, i added breakfast but they didn't serve. Kindly don't list these type of property to mm t to save reputation.

just wasted money on a disgusting hotel
Rooms are not good (one bug room is partitioned in multiple rooms) and the bathroom is horrible its too small even one can not stand freely. Further, the water is not passing through commode, its totally a disgusting stay here. Not suggesting anyone to stay here. Nothing good in this hotel overall had a very bad experience here. In one of the room even kettle was not provided after asking multiple times.

Poor Stay
Untidy, unhygienic washrooms, not worthy as per price, only good thing was hotel stafs were humble and food was good. Rest room condition and facility were poor

Sofa is dirty, towel, bedsheet are torn no soap, kettle, dental no complimentary water bottle no charging point near bed although if you’re not finding any place in city you can come here, room are big and ventilated

Average rooms and quality of service is also average
familyService is average although the room is upgraded on request. But the lift should be there as my parents have to go to the 2nd floor and my request is not entertained at all. Also, it is not a hotel and instead it is room in a homestay
