During a recent stay at Treebo Divine Stay in Prayagraj, I observed several operational shortcomings that suggest the property is still navigating its early stages of establishment. While the location is undeniably strategic and staff responsiveness is appreciable, the overall service delivery and facility standards require substantial improvement to meet even basic hospitality benchmarks.
Housekeeping quality is subpar—with noticeable dust accumulation on surfaces such as coffee tables and littered balconies, indicating a lack of routine checks and quality assurance protocols. Rooms are devoid of standard amenities like a minibar or functional workspace, which one would reasonably expect in higher-tier accommodations like suites. The writing desk is rendered impractical due to the placement of the electric kettle and related paraphernalia, reflecting poor layout planning.
Of particular note is the bathroom facility, which includes a bathtub, yet the undersized geyser is incapable of supplying adequate hot water to fill it—rendering this feature more ornamental than functional.
The staff, while courteous and prompt in addressing requests, appear inadequately trained in hospitality standards and guest management. This may be attributed to the hotel’s newness, but it nonetheless impacts the overall guest experience.
