property was clean but many of the aminities were not operational like AC remote , TV but thanks to staff atleast they have responed instantly and turned the things proper.

Room not as per the price. Phone was not working. Water leaking tap. Cockroaches. But staffs are good.

Hotel is located in congested area. Rooms are very average. Cleanliness hygiene below average. Reception and staff behaviour is good. Hotel was costly and not value for money done

Good experience with family
familyRooms were big and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. Property is on the main road and in the market area. Lift is in the property.

The rooms were unclean. The bedsheets and covers were stinky. There were loud noises all night. We could not sleep. The restaurant and staff seemed unhygienic too.
