The check in was not smooth at all. On reaching the hotel we were told that there is no reservation under our name. I had to raise a complaint with customer support to get the issue addressed. The breakfast service was late too.

Hotel management arbitrarily cancel-led my booking without any valid reason and my information. It caused me and my family a lot of troubles. I request you to remove this hotel from your platform, so that customers don't get cheated and harassed by such mischievous acts by the hotel management.

Washrooms were not properly cleaned and bed was making too much noise.

Very pathetic, unhygenic, not good for family, washroom smells very bad, no help from staff, mismanagement, door lock are not smooth, beds were not comfortable at all, overall very bad hotel.

Hotel is written early checking available but when we reach in hotel he is not provide early checkin. Yah station 500 rupees extra then he provide room.

The property is very unhygienic and badly maintained, the images are completely opposite of actual space. Have to left in 30 mins of checking in without asking for a refund

squeaky beds, dated interiors, dirty rooms, dripping water in washrooms and location is not easily accessible.

Pathetic rooms, dirty and unhygienic. Bathroom mats, bathrooms, bed everything was horrible. The rooms differed completely from the pictures.

The stay was comfortable and there was no such issue related to the room but the windows do not open and the balcony also cannot be accessed

We booked 2 rooms one deluxe and one suite in his hotel for one night. The suite room was smelling like a smoking room. Informed the same and a bottle of some liquid was brought and sprayed which was not even air freshner. That made no difference. The bed in the second room was making lot of noise. The room is dusty. In the middle of the night at 3:00 am few men started making a lot of shouting and noise. Maybe they were having a drink party. I went down and informed them not to make noise which made no difference. Whole night we were not able to sleep. Water was leaking from the AC unit in one room. Don't get carried away by the Collection Oyo logo or Fabhotel logo. This is an old lodge, poorly renovated. Still it is like a lodge, can't be termed as a hotel. If you are looking for some shelter for a night without any expectation, it's ok. The bathrooms were clean. Geysers were working fine. Lift was working. The gentlemen who did our check-in in the night were very friendly and welcoming.

This place has no regards to the visitors time. Every place gets the breakfast ready by 8, it’s 9 and their breakfast person has not even come to prepare breakfast. Our breakfast is “included” in the booking. We paid extra for the breakfast. And the hotel guy is conveniently saying you can get the breakfast from outside! “ aap baahar se breakfast mangwa lijiye” what nonsense? we kept our eating forks (2 in number) with the food we had ordered yesterday in the evening. Even on requesting them to look in the kitchen and return them, they have been conveniently postponing it. Terrible stay. Please refund our breakfast amount.

Good and convenient location, food quality is good, staff is very cooperative and humble. All in all it is good for stay.

Staff behaviour like an rowdy they are misbehaving and asking for the extra money for checking at the end have to call and after that after the officer comes to then I get room. when I get after all events my room is smell stinking then I ask for room freshener they said it’s not available and they are not providing single bottles of water as complimentary I had booked a room with breakfast and I get 2 bread with tea as a breakfast
