The Sarovar Palace Prayagraj

The actual place is nothing like shown in the pictures. Not even the reception. The heritage place in itself is a beautiful palace but the management is so terrible the entire place is falling apart. Most of the rooms are extremely dysfunctional, old and managed very poorly. The entire staff of the place is and entire different topic, no greeting nothing for guests, very in-formal and casual behaviour. The manager was casually chewing tobacco the whole time he was talking to us. All we could see around the premises was littered with tobacco spit and garbage. The rooms were extremely unsanitary and the bathrooms were almost inaccessible to a female because of the state it was in. All over it was an extremely experience and felt very unsafe for females at night especially. Not a place for families very vibes

Room allotted not satisfactory

Very good service and food. The location is very central and close to the Railway station and Civil lines.

The service was disappointing. Tv was not working, the bed sheets were not changed timely, bathroom was broken & the room locks were in bad conditions. Although the ambience was good but the service was pathetic food took hours to deliver.

Terrible this hotel service is very bad even rooms are dirty. They don't even listen if we need something.
