Breakfast nd dirty room not talking manners no hospitality only formality given goon no water bottles

The room is ok. Renovated. Bathroom is bad. No cloth hanger inside bathroom and dirty. TV doesn't work.

We were charged for the room with breakfast. However, the hotel did not give us tea/coffee and bottled water. Their kitchen was shut. Hotel did not give towel. Bathrooms were shabby. Room was unhygienic. The location was in a narrow street. Amenities and services are extremely terrible.

The staff was well behaved and well accommodating. Room and food was good too and the hotel is very close to the station as well. Overall, a nice experience!

Property is near to prayagraj railway station. If you want to save money, you can stay there. The staff is cooperative and has good behaviour. But the hotel is poorly maintained and has no lift.

Everything was very bad no water no electricity stains on bedsheet bed and on chair hairs were everywhere on the floor and not supportive at all ac was not working properly at night.

I’ve read in some of the reviews that these guys will find a reason to extort more money from you and the exact same thing happened to me he asked for more money to get the room and i couldn’t cancel as it was already after the cancellation period, the rooms are pathetic all the pillows quilts are stained and not washed at all the bathroom is in a very bad state no food nothing is here, don’t come here at all!

Very very pathetic service and terrible, manager has abused us litterely, why you have made booking through makemytrip. Manager said ac will not open and dirty and tear bedsheet has given.
