Review Of Hotel Aman Palace

Location is good according to my destiny But the facility is very poor Door doesnot close properly Even the guiser is not working also the AC is like ok ok But the staff is okay that why i give 2 stars

Hotel is in very terrible. No cleaning of washroom. Bedsheets smelling Breakfast is provided. Electricity cut again and again. Behaviour of hotel staff is very rude & unparliamentary

They need to improve the infrastructure. I had booked room with breakfast facility but did not get the breakfast even once. I won't stay in this hotel again.. cleanliness was pathetic

Stay was comfortable as the property is small the ambience is peaceful, location is centre of the city food was tasty, amenities and services were good .The only draw back is zero refund policy on cancellation of one room.

Worst hotel in my life.i will never recommend to any one to stay this hotel.for bath room no locks.no main door locks properly.😡

I recently stayed at hotel aman palace prayagraj and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was extremely welcoming and always ready to assist with anything i needed. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. I recommend it to all my friends and family.

Room was tacky, mosquitoes were everywhere. Even after complaining about the mosquitoes, nothing was done. Comod jet was faulty. Overall, not the worth price I was charged.

I reached hotel at 04 in morning hotel gate was closed manager was sleeping then we boarded in hotel asked for toiletries, wash room condition was terrible toilet sheet jet pipe was out , no hot water in shower, bucket and mug was not clean , towel was asked then only they provided, no provision of drinking water bottle only it was kept in one jug , morning while going key handed over to reception asked for cleaning and plumbing work ofcourse plumbing work done but no cleaning then after asking only done, receptionist beheviour was horrible, location was ok , amenities and services were poor , I will not recommend any one to stay in hotel Aman palace as per this charges are so heigh

They are charging exorbitant for the room due to mahakumbh but not even providing mineral water with the room, bathrooms are very small and room size is also small bathroom needs refurbishment, in bathroom they dont even have water jet, all the taps are very very old with rust and dripping when not in use, they deny to provide for the food items and have a limited menu for food also

Service is good and all staffs are supportive. Hotel is in prime location and neat n clean. Safety wise very good.

Location of hotel is at prominent place near up public service commission on civil lines. Room was smaller. Washrooms require refurbishing. Food was home like. Staff were courteous.

The hotel is safe for family stay and the location is good. Food served is good. The staff is also good, and the hotel is clean. However this 3 star hotel has charged more than the price of 5 star may be due to kumbh rush.

We went to this hotel after having booked it online months before ma-uni amavasya amrit snan at the mahakumbh mela, 2025. The property is located suitably at civil lines, prayagraj. The tea offered was very good. The breakfast (aloo parantha and ****er toast ) was fresh and sumptuous, wholesome. Good-quality, branded toiletries were provided in the rooms. The rooms were spacious and bathroom size was okay. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and had a pleasant ambience. Services were quite prompt. Bills were also provided and registration formalities were quickly complied with. Staff was polite, courteous and helpful. They even guided us with the transport/conveyance details during the mahakumbh mela.

It was good hotel but due to mahakumbh it's price was very high otherwise overall it's not disappointing. Their services and foods were also good

Pro:room rate was economical despite current situation, toileteries were provided. Cons: room size was very small, cleanliness was average. Don't order food at the hotel, everyone in my family fell i'll after having dinner and breakfast at the hotel, better look for other options around the place.

I had stay in room no 305 and t. V was not working. It is only for display.
