Review Of Hotel O Mauji Inn

I have booked 2 ac room for my 2 days stay. But when i reach hotel they told me that they have no ac room left as they have given to some other customer. My family has to suffer. Even the reception staff was very rude in talking, he told me we don't have ac room if you want to stay then stay or else cancel the booking. I called makemytrip customer care but he also unable to resolve or help me in this just keeping my phone on long hold. Such a terrible experience with this hotel and same with makemytrip this time.

Hotels location is pretty bad, one inside the hotel, things are quite well. The approach road to hotel is in pethatic condition, full of garbage.

Receptionist behaviour was very rude, location of the hotel was not at proper area, rooms condition was very poor

Location very near prayagraj sangam station. But access road is poor. Staff very good and service very good. Food arrangement is also good. They can provide one washbasin in bathroom.

Very nice this place

The hotel is still under work as the interior is still happening 1. The hotel doesn't provide geyser rooms to online booking. *they changed our room with the one that had geyser onbthe second day we are thankful for that* 2. The hotel has useless set of rules and they are charging for stains and marks on blanket, covers ets if any during checkout but the all the things given are already stained. 3. The hotel is 3 floors and no lift you have to take the luggage to your room your self. 4. No window is open-able so there is not ventilation in side the room except the exhaust in the bathroom. 5. Bathroom tray given in the rooms were not clean.

Hot water was not available in the room. Wash basin was there in room

Nice stay, good response. Food is good, value for money. Suggest place near to ghat. Market is very near to purchase anything, any time.
