We stayed here for 3 nights and we faced the following issues:
1) hotel manager akhilesh was most rudest and moron person i have ever met in my life
2) we requested for room clean in morning and when we came back in evening, our rooms were not locked and open and anyone from the property and outside could have entered our room and stolen our luggages. However, when we checked our luggages and all, we couldn't able to find one of our hand bag and cap. 3) cctv of hotel was not working to resolve our issues
4) hotel manager was very rude and used slang languages when we complaint about the same
5) hotel manager was rude with our driver as well and basic facilities were not provided to him and manager used slang language while talking to him
6) hotel manager tortured us to throw us out of hotel after complaining about the entire situation and he was not ready to resolve any of our problems
7) hotel geyser was not working properly
8) hotel room was very dirty and stinking and only one towel is provided 9) hotel did not provided drinking water as well its a request to all mm t user, please do not book this hotel for your rishishek trip.
