it's not good there was no staff and owner one attendence is present not even a single service TV service not available no availablevilty of proper water and hot water disturbance and heavy noise in mid night not sleep properly not advice booking as delete room

The staff was very cooperative and helped us each stage and the property was located on the main road with all required facilities

It was really bad experience. The quality of hotel is very bad, in bathroom the water coming is muddy. hot water also not coming properly. The bucket on the bathroom is also very dirty. Really it's very bad experience and don't wanted to recommend.

There was a water problem in the bathroom. Need to wait for 10 mins to again start water.

During my booking it showed free breakfast but the staff charged for the breakfast. They provided morning tea without me asking for it and charged for it whereas booking showed welcome drink.

Hotel location is no bad, hotel boy are active. But room is very small, no lift, no separate hot water geyser.

Hotel was very old fashioned. Room cleaning was vary poor. AC was not working properly.

Hello guys. Hotel is located in a best and peaceful place .. Room was also as per tge picture shown. Food service and quality was appreciable .. Clealiness is also excellent . . So those who are thinking for a trip to Jaisalmer pre book this hotel for a good experience have fun

Room was just OK. Service is very bad. One person to attend the room service & all the requirements. Food quality is also not up to the mark, only breakfast, no other food served. Near by market is also 1 km from hotel.

We stayed here ten years ago and decided to return as it was so good last time. We're glad we did as it was just as good this time round. The hotel is clean and very nicely decorated in a quiet position within easy walking distance of the colosseum and other sights. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is served a small area but perfectly adequate and the breakfast and service are very good. We would certainly stay here again if we come to Rome.
