We had a wonderful stay at Heart and Soul of Jaisalmer. The hotel is located right near the fort, which makes it very convenient to explore the main attractions. The terrace is beautifully designed and gives a lovely view of the city — a perfect place to relax with a cup of chai, which they serve at any time with so much love. Amzad, the owner, is such a kind and genuine person. He treats guests like family and always helps with a big heart. Talking to him feels like talking to an elder brother. The whole staff is friendly, warm, and caring — they made us feel completely at home. We had many good talks and created wonderful memories during our stay. If you want a place with comfort, warmth, and real human connection, this is the perfect hotel in Jaisalmer.
