The rooms, services and atmosphere here are very nice and neat and clean, if you are coming with family then this is the best place to stay! staff, management and owner here are very nice and big heart-ed people. , if you want to visit sum desert in jaisalmer then i would recommend this hotel. Food was amazing

We had an amazing time at this wonderful resort. It has superb facilities and excellent tent. The food was fabulous and the service was first class. I have come here through one of my friend and he has good interaction with Mr.Rehan .. this place is a child brain for Mr. rehan . He has done very amazingly and beautiful layout of the place. Specially the tenant and washroom is so clean and I never spent a day like this before In my life In Dubai Desert Safari is something else but actually safari you would enjoy at country side Resort.. The live shows , folk dance , shisha , food and specially the services .. The staff is really loving and caring I wish I would hire them for our Dubai branches .. The food is very unique and the last I wish I can stay more but I have return flight to Dubai so said to say goodbye to this place but hope to see you again ..

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and all. Food was brilliant amazing experience what really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Stay is good but electricity is fluctuating food is worst ever. No taste no clean nothing good in this resort. I recommend you to rate 2 star resort and price is much higher related to services stay and food this resort is worst so it can book under 2500 rupees per night

I visited this place with my wife and 6 yr old daughter. The room allocated had a lot of problems. I especially booked ac swiss tent but the ac was not working all the time. I complained to mm t executive and also raised a ticket on the app but was not satisfied at all with mm t services. No support provided as such and the executive (tushar) told me to call me and sort this out but he never called. I am a loyal customer of mm t and do all my travel booking through their portal but considering this experience, i might have to switch.

It was an excellent stay. Place is very nice and the staff is extremely supportive and friendly. Food quality was good. I stayed with my family and really has a very nice time. I again will highlight about friendly staff. I would recommend this place.

Over all good but they should improve the quality of food also the area where they are serving also the plates they are using they are very small steel plates

We have booked the tent for 2 nights and we are having wonderful experience in this duration. Special thanks to rehaan and vase-er for making our stay joyful and plesent. Good behaviour by them towards the customer. Property was very good and continuously maintained by them. Swimming pool, julas, and tents are good to have fun. Also food was quite good and healthy.

1st camp given it had too smell, 2nd bed broken third was only good. No born fire, snacks given bekar pkode and bekar tea. Dinner was worst worst. Never visit here, waste of time & money. Breakfast remaining but it will be same i. e worst.🤮🤮🤮🤮

Food quality, menu need to improve overall experience is good, good swimming pool, cultural folk dance and song experience is good

Excellent service very good overall experience including music, pool and service moderate facilities/ amenities esp staff were in a chaotic state because of heavy rainfall (rare situation) but staff managed well food was just okay not value for money

Rooms were not clean, room services were not good. Washrooms were ok. Hot water supply is limited. Even the food varieties were limited. Charges are very high as per the services.

The resort was easy to locate and comfortable to stay. The host was very polite and helpful.

The cultural programs were good. Rooms were average. Food needs to be improved i will 1/5 for food.
