Zostel Sam Desert (Jaisalmer)

Narendra Singh gave us a very good hospitality. the package they gave for us was very good. food and the cleaness in the zostel was very nice

This place is totally isolated. Better if you are going in a group. There are only few options available for food, the stay was good. Washrooms were squeaky clean. But not for solo females in off season.

Location is not peak - Other properties are available at better location. Amenities- Other properties are providing better amenities at lower price. Quality- Tent is not maintained and has quality issues. Price- properties with better price and better amenities available nearby.

Zostel doesn't have any room service in their dictionary. They provide rooms, then on any need you have to run to the reception for any requirement.

The stay was good. Hot water was available throughout the stay. Food was average. Little bit pricy the packages

The tents were perfect but apart from that the experience was below par. We had to witness some kind of joke in the name of cultural program. Neither food nor camel ride was included in booking price, which mostly all tents provide.

Best in service- food was really amazing, and the staff was exceptionally good.

I’d booked zostel seam i. E. Thar desert. It was super cold on a december night and the property did not offer decent quilts they were comforters at best. This made the tent stay pretty uncomfortable. The food was decent but a bit pricy. And the cultural performance was far from authenticate with male dancers dancing on bhojpur music and paid dancers (ykwim) to lure lure male guests during the dj ) camel rides are also a heartbreaking when they take you around for only 120seconds. I guess zostel just spent time looking into the infra but has completely forgotten it’s brand values when it comes to management of this property

1. Group activities are not of good quality the experience vs cost is not something worthy. You can get the same things in half price when you just step outside zostel. 2. ⁠No toiletries present , when asked need to pay extra . 3. ⁠Staff is less cooperative and helpful.

Excellent Mud houses Created By Them. Food was OkOk. But Stay part is Excellent. IN ENTERTAINMENT SECTION THEY SHOULD ADD FULL TIME DJ . Artistic presentation was Fabulous

1. I guess some of the staff members need to understand the meaning of hospitality. 2. Most of the time, there was a power cut. 3. We were left stranded in the desert for almost 1 hour after the desert safari was done. Even after calling the property multiple times, they did not give clear updates. Every time, they said that the driver had just left and would be there in 5 minutes 4. They charged for the night safari but did not provide basic facilities like water. 5. Once we came back from night safari, we wanted a bottle of water as there was no water in the room. None of the staff even opened the kitchen or reception. I had to survive without water for about 10 hrs. We only got the bottle of water in the morning. I gave 3 stars only because of the condition of the property and food, but the experience was not that great. For the price, it was not even half justified.

Tents where lower quality, food isn't upto the mark only cutural show was good, performers were top notch.

My stay at zostel hotel was very bad, the room was ok but the bathroom was very poor. The staff are all ok but the nature of the manager akbar is very bad. For breakfast no one informed us that it is not included in your package after completing breakfast they say that breakfast is chargeable

The place is absolutely beautiful and safe as well, the staff are well behaved and are ready to help any time. Especially narendra, he will get you the best dessert safari experience be it jeep safari or the night safari. The package is worth what they provide at the property. Best in segment desert safari, best location to stay and helpful staff. I absolutely recommend this to all the folks going for the dessert safari in thar desert. Opt for zostel.

All location, food, amenities and services are good. Specially staff was very courteous. Its a pleasurable experience to stay at property. Property owner is so courteous

The stay and the room was excellent. The hospitality was nice. Everything is just awesome. And they helped us to get the safari rides that's also nice.
