Beautiful and clean room, Good hospitality, Staff was very polite and humble.

Very hygienic room. Staff was cooperative. Provided each facility when reqd. Very nice surrounding area. I visited in future in free time again.

No proper room service, No Water in room!! I had to come down for every little thing to call guy at reception! Next day I got late for sitescene due to no Hot Water at room!! one man come at room and was performing repairing work in front of me and family. No telephone working in room. Bathroom is very bad in condition. Electricity also gone many times. No any inverter support so couldn't charge my phone at laptops for many hours. basic basic things like water bottle are not available, sold at higher cost

Very Bad Experience I had here. No Electricity! No Intercom Telephone Service!! No Hot Water!! host was performing repairing work in front of me after I called him for many times. rooms are not well equipped, not clean, Very dirty, covers are torn, bedsheets and other covers are dirty. Service is also very bad.

Rooms are very neat nd clean , provide best fort view location in Jaisalmer, roof top cafe is so good and the view was so amazing.Staff are also very friendly and helpful in nature.wombin safari provides a good desert safari in very cheapest rate . The experience of hotel wonbin safari was incredible. The facilities they provided e. G. Desert safari were amazing. Services were so quick room was hygienic and fresh we really enjoyed and we'll love to visit here again. One should must visit here for best experience.

Poor service by the hotel staff. Even witness power cut for an hour during our stay. No power backup. Rooftop restaurant is so costly.

The host created an incredibly conducive atmosphere of warmth and safety. The place is literally at walking distance away from the jaisalmer fort, and the view from our room is something else. More than anything else, the behaviour of the staff is the most memorable experience. If you feel comfortable in the place you stay, the entire trip will automatically feel good. I am really thankful for my friends who had suggested me this place. The stay was very blissful, and the safety created by it co-loured our trip.

Woonbeen safari hotel is very good choice for family trip, i am staying here for two days, room is very spacious ans ac is running in very good condition. Hotel is just beside the jaysalmer fort. I recommend this hotel to stay here. Staffs are very cooperative.

The food served was delicious, with a variety of authentic Rajasthani dishes that satisfied our palates. The staff at the camp were friendly and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, the Wonbin Jaisalmer desert safari exceeded our expectations.
