The rooms are big, near and clean. The air conditioning with heating arrangement made the rooms very comfortable in the cold weather in jaisalmer. Service is slow. We didn't get breakfast before 8. 15 am.

Property access is very poor. Food is terrible. Rooms are suffocating. Cost is very high compared to the services and quality.

The property is nice with a sit out area but the poolside was not operational during my stay. The hospitality is excellent and the trip to the grand khalifa was also good. Breakfast is good, service is nice although the price was a little steep.

I had a great time at Hotel Grand Khalifa! The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. The room was spacious, comfy, and had a fantastic view of the city. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, and the swimming pool was the perfect way to relax after exploring. The hotel’s location is really convenient, close to everything, but still peaceful. Overall, a wonderful experience

Pleasant experience of stay and good support staff. Spacious rooms decent food. Approach road to hotel is not so good but once you reach it surprises you. Construction reflects craftsmanship skill nice open spaces to enjoy the view. Tiny swimming pool at 1st floor. Overall a decent place for a night stay for folks who are scheduled for travelling. Not a place for staycation.

Bad smell in toilet throughout whole day, poor food service, boy giving room service was too much argumentative, breakfast served 1 hour beyond mentioned time

Earlier experience was terrible as the room they show in pictures is different from allotted room but later they change the room and then experience become awesome good rooms good service good food and best ambience and fort view from terrace was mind blowing
