Excellent Stay at Hotel and safar

I booked one night , and the experience was amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful our stay. The restaurant was wonderful with a beautiful fort view. The room was neat, clean, and spacious. They also arranged a taxi and desert safari tours for us — the camel safari, jeep safari, and cultural program were all incredible experiences. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaisalmer!

Best hotel helpful staff

The staff are Soo friendly and helpful... He helped us with the best deal for the local day trip and the camel and Jeep safari!!! And the rooms are spacious and washroom is really good!! AC and hot water available... ... And location is also near to the Jaisalmer fort!!! Overall...best place to stay with a heritage Rajasthani style interior!!!

Great experience

We stayed in heritage haveli jaisalmer for 2 nights(hotel and camp) and had great experience. The location is awesome, easily reachable from railway station, they also provided pickup and the hotel is very near to the jaisalmer fort as well. Staff was very helpful, we were provided with clean and hygienic room. Food was great, breakfast spread was amazing, they provided kid special food as well. The roof top restaurant has amazing view of jaisalmer fort. One of the the best experience was desert safari arranged by the hotel. They charged us reasonably for jeep safari, camel ride and folk dance, cultural programs in desert camp along with traditional rajasthan food. We also booked vehicle to travel to loc, ta-not mata, longewala, the driver was very friendly and gave us much more local information of whole jaisalmer and nearly places. We really cherished our trip to the golden city jaisalmer.
