They’re not good attendant!!! Also they don’t have proper management

good ambiance ,supportive staff, breakfast was ok, parking in street ,rooms were good . Good for a budget family stay.

Got a deluxe room which is quite spacious, bathrooms, bedsheets and pillows were neat and well maintained. Breakfast which was included was also well prepared and tasty. We have got a loo paratha, poha, curd and tea. Staff members were are polite and helpful. Property is outside the golden fort but is close enough to the fort entrance and other site.

The hotel service was good, the rooms were also hygienic, the condition of the rooms, washroom and the hotel was also good. From our team we are giving them 4. 5 star out of 5.

Most lovable experience in stay since i have been travelling. Very co-operatives staff with very descent behaviour.

Rooms were clean & beds seemed hygiene. Hot water was available in the bathroom. However bathrooms weren’t as clean as one would accept. Breakfast took very long after we ordered. However the host was very nice & provided us with morning tea in the room very early when we asked even though they usually don’t serve that early.

Over priced for basic rooms. No hot water except in the morning. Narrow passage way to the entrance. Not easy to find.

It was average. There is parking issue. Although the staff is very good. The room was simple but some of water point were not good and water leàkage was there in the bathroom.

Excellent stay at the hotel with fabulous hospitality specially i would say about mr sambhu singh who welcome us at 12. 30 am and cooperate with us in every aspect in our stay

Nice room, food quality is good (specially breakfast is very good) in breakfast specially, staff behaviour is good. Nearest to fort. Only parking space is limited. Overall good. T. V. Not available. Overall good property.

The room was good and clean. The bathroom was also good. The bed was relaxing

absence of ventilation both in the room and the bathroom, a dusty interior and frequent power -outages which cuts all air circulation have left the rooms in a terribly unhygienic condition.

Location of the hotel is too far from market or fort. There are no resturants nearby except the one on the terrace of the hotel itself. No proper cleaning of rooms daily. No hot water. & they are charging extra for water bottles. Overall our experience regarding service was poor.

not satisfy hotel, its all avrage hotel, tv facility not avaliable, dressing table light not working,...

I booked two rooms. Among them my room was very bad. There was low lights in the room, no door mat, no wiper in the washroom. I asked them to change my room. But they didn't do the same. Food was average but costly. They couldn't even tell us what eggs were served to us at dinner. No. Thanks

Located just near the fort in city(perfect location, the hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. The hotel owner and the staffs were very helpful. The hotel provides almost every facilities from good rooms to desert safari, jeep safari, camel safari and tent stay. Overall experience was awesome. Room not allotted as per, ac not working properly & create noice, breakfast is very much poor quality & server only paratha/poha & tea which very low quality
