TV, telephone not working restaurant service very poor

There was no room service available .. no intercom was there .. no exaust was there in the bathroom .. air conditioner was not work properly .. it was on 18 continuously still I was felling warm .. the waste water pipe of air condition was in the room and there was a bucket inside my bed which was almost full I have to do to empty that bucket by myself no one was there to change the bucket so it was just an average and the rate was too much high because there was no service available in the hotel

Hotel sunrise fort is a very nice hotel. service was so fast. The staff was so helpful and kind. The location is very close to the fort.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, offering a beautiful and mesmerizing view of the Jaisalmer Fort right from the property. The food was delicious and enjoyable throughout our stay. The staff was extremely helpful — they guided us with all the sightseeing spots in Jaisalmer, which even helped us save money on hiring a separate guide. Overall, a fantastic stay.
