We didn't opt for breakfast as we have to leave early morning for city tour, we got descent dinner in nearby Hotel Himmat Niwas which manager had suggested having roof top form where whole city was visible
This Hotel Himmat Niwas is located on jaisalmer fort itself so it would save time, money and travel-ling because you don't have to travel by taxi to see fort. Awesome view form top roof, Hotel Himmat Niwas manager upend-er bhaia is very helpful he arranged for dinner at near by Hotel Himmat Niwas as we arrived late night around 11. Jain mandir, raj mahal and other monuments are just 1 to 2 min walking distance.

Long wish of staying within the 'Golden Fort - সোনার কেল্লা' is fulfilled. We had a nice stay at the Hotel Himmat Niwas - converted house of a Brahmin Family at the prime location of the Fort. Mr Upendra Vyas and his son, Kunal were very much careful in providing best service. Kunal, the handsome young boy guided us in everything during our stay. Himmat Niwas is like a homestay at our own 'Mukuler Bari' at 'Sonar Kella'.

This Hotel Himmat Niwas is inside jaisalmer fort which is altogether different experience. If you’re planning to stay in jaisalmer, i’d recommend staying here instead of outside fort, specially in him-mat niwas. Upendra ji has been really helpful throughout my stay. He helped me to plan my trip around jaisalmer, arranging my pickup. Great view from top and rooms were comfortable.

the location is very best. It is on Jaislmer fort and the view is also great. you can carry your bike or scooty in front of Hotel Himmat Niwas.
