Hotel Gorakh Haveli

Location is good but electricity goes out frequently. It was very terrible when person in bathroom. Not so clean. Staff is ok ok. Not so friendly.

The hotel is basic. Plus point is its located in the main market area. Food served wasn't good. Room needs mantainaince as bathroom was not in a very good condition. Overall an average experience for us. It has rooftop restaurant from where the view is very nice.

Hotel room is average. Room was far clean. But not so good air ventilation. So in night stay not proper air flow from outside. Hotels restaurant is not working properly. Early morning breakfast not prepared. So early check out is not possible.

We shifted here from a hotel located in isolated location. Very good location. They don't serve food but any restaurants/eateries near by. Close to Fort. Not clean as should be But manager helped us by changing bed-sheets and blankets.

Location was good, but no dinning area in the hotel, as it was under renovation and that was not mentioned during booking and issue related to cleanliness were there.

I was travelling Rajasthan with family and kids. Best place to stay in with family. Close to sightseeing sites and beautiful location.

It's good hotel for stay. Food is very tasty. Rooms are clean.

Dirty lobby. Dirty rooms. Don't take breakfast option at all if you have to book this hotel. When you go to terrace restaurant, one boy will ask you that what do you want to eat and will give 2 options poha or Aaloo paratha. Tasteless breakfast ever.

The stay was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

Location is in a market area. Food is not regular activity. Prepared on demand only. Breakfast, tea not of high standard. Room is quite small.

Poor, not recommended. Window curtains were unable to cover the whole glass Windows. Won't feel secure.

The hotel is walkable distance from fort, rooms are spacious, bathrooms were big and clean, room service and roof top restaurant was top notch, one of the family members had mistakenly left iphone 5s in the lobby but thanks to honest hotel owner who found it and returned it.

The location of hotel is very good. Its very close to Jaisalmer Fort. Walking distance to Fort Gate and the market area. Hotel Rooms are small but clean. Bathrooms are also clean. Rooftop restaurant is very good. Specially the dinner at Rooftop with view of Lighted Fort experienced very good.

Hotel had maintained its authentic look along with spacious rooms. Service is good Staff is humble and courteous. Rooms are good enough and have good height which gives haveli feeling. Food: had breakfast there and paratha were good along with tea and coffee. Restaurant: it's a roof top restaurant with fort view. Ambience of restaurant can improved and can add little more lights to it.

Rooms were well lit and airy, close to the fort but little over priced. The restaurant was closed may be due to Holi holidays. Good food is scarce in entire Jaisalmer, except mirchi pakoras and pyanj kachoris. Stone works must be appreciated. Don't miss the terrace at night.

We had great hopes but were disappointed. The room is shabby and blankets do not look clean. The toilets are old and dirty. No shampoo or moisturiser just a Nirma Bath soap. Breakfast area was dirty though breakfast was good. Not maintained professionally and needs to overhauled.

Good room .. Little overpriced .. As it was new year Eve ... But was OK ... For a decent stay ... Staff were friendly .. Bathroom was good .. Service was OK .. But location is great. However they have very less extended facilities .. To book a camp event for night at Sam .. Vehicle arrangements at decent price .. But overall .. OK ..

Cleanly Good Of Food. Wi Fi Faclity Is Good. The appearance of the hotel was good. The check-in and check-out was Adjustment Form Hotel Managemnt. Good Service Help fully Staff Loacl Guiding. Hospitality is good and with smiling face. The pickup and drop facility was not provided in the hotel.

Average hotel. Overall, breakfast quantity was not good. Need more improvement. Overall, nice room service is okay and location is good as nearby to Jaisalmer fort and bus stand is also nearby to this hotel.
