It is their room where you will have a feeling that you are sleeping inside a old palace

The booking to jet mahal didn't worked. I was compelled to pay further amunt for stay. Please stop booking jeet mahal at jaisalmer. This is wastage of money. Property manager denied to accept booking. The booking amount is also not refundd.

Given non ac rooms instead of ac booking both rooms are like kholis(huts) you have experience of living in chawls of bombay

They provide worst bedroom hi-gene and staff behaviour was not supportive and they don’t provide free parking too

Best option for staying near Fort. Behaviour of stuff and owner is very nice. But you may face hot water related problem. I have not get hot water to take Bath at night though it was promised before.

Near to the Fort. Bhupesh Ji is always ready to help. But we had water problem in the room.

I am happy with the hotel, considering it was very low in cost. Decent staff and owner. Overall it was a good experience.

We ordered tea and it was not at all good.
The room was good but bathroom was not at all clean even the hotel has charged us for hot water which they brought from another source as it was not coming in the bathroom. The rooms were not ventilated and as we come outside the room smoky smell was there. Noise was too much. Location was OK and is inside the market but our vehicle could not enter into that path and was parked at some other place. People can prefer to stay there for 1-2 night only.

It's a very painful experience for me after reaching hotel hotel Jeet Mahal in Jaisalmer. Infrastructure is very bad and it's not a quality hotel.

Staff and management is also good. But food quality is not good.

No parking. In very conjugated area. Food very low quality and high price.
The staff and manager are cheater. The food doesn't good. Food price is very high. They told we will not take bill amount as per menu, but at the time of checkout they disagree and take full amount. They have no manner how to behave with customers. I recommend not to stay in this hotel. No parking plus in very conjugated area.

Hotel was excellent. Jodhpur is very good and five star facilities and service of hotel. Best and excellent.

Location is very good. Fort view from rooftop. Fort, Salam singh Haveli are just walking distance. Tea, coffee, food was good. Staff with friendly nature. Overall very good in this price. I like it.

Rooms are very authentic with Rajasthan touch. The location is centrally located and close to monuments. Only problem is it's not spacious enough to move around. Also there is no parking available.

The safari to the desert offered by the hotel was really good and cheap. But as of the hotel, the service was not up to the standard. The manager's behavior to customers was not okay, since his safari made late to come back and he denied longer stay for the boarder to freshen up after a nightlong safari.

The location is very good ... Close to GOLDEN FORT ... The hotelier's behaviour is good ... Food is so ... Room service should be improved ... Otherwise okay. My friends came to meet me & they didn't stop ... That's great ...

We have booked 2 rooms. One room we have got according to what we have booked but the other room was completely different, it was small, claustrophobic and without anything. Worst hotel to stay
