Review Of Hotel White Star

I highly recommend this hotel because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff.

I had a wonderful stay at white star. From the moment i arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout my stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transport. Overall, it was a great experience, and i would highly recommend white star to anyone visiting mumbai. Looking forward to staying here again!

Check in 15 Jan to explore nearby tourism place, We have booked for two days. 2room ,5 adult, family tour But unfortunately we left in one day. Due to the below reasons * shows that breakfast free but not provided to us ( not problem) * Room was not cleaned , but we know that how maintain the room cleaning (not problem) * Quilt (rajaee) cover was not sealed because Quilt not fitted in the cover (not problem) * While I am booking it's showing chairs including in booth room not provided (not problem) * Bath bucket and dustbin was not provided in one room after ask bucket but not provided we use our 2nd room bucket and dustbin again again (not problem) * THE BIG PROBLEM IS THAT on 1st day we returned back to hotel in evening I am taking a bath in 2nd room my wife came to reception to take mineral water the receptionist said that water is payable because owner of the hotel has been changed before some days and the owner didn't set the list of amininites ,like water, soap, (then my wife reply to the receptionist that who is the owner who doesn't know that water is life and 1st priority to everyone ,,, They are manipulating everyone by mention extra amininites. Really not good for family stay , and not for Everyone, my wife see that I am going outside again again to take water only , We left before one day and forgot about money, money not important, my review save money for everyone

Avoid this Hotel. They will cut the ac power

I was told to vacate the room and they refused to provide room. Worst hotel experience ever.
