Not Good Room so Pathetic experience in this hotel.Food So so but toilet Tanki not working wasted water

Unkept property, cockroaches in rooms. I had to change my room thrice. Poor sanitation and cleanliness.

Hotel staff is very cooperative, room are very nice. Hotel Vinayak Grand is good hotel Shivalik Nagar Haridwar. Food quality superb.

Overall it was nice stay. Dinner is awesome.

Service not very good, ask for the breakfast to the hotel staff denied and told breakfast not included in Booking.

Location and services of the Hotel were good. Moving to the food. Dinner was good. But breakfast didn't have variety and quality was also of average level.

Room were spacious but dust can be found all Around. Not value for money.

Tasty food, fast delivery, front desk helpful but need cross ventilation in room

Rooms was normal, kind of smell of smoke and wine.

Its moreover a banquet hall now. Used to be a good Hotel earlier.

Hotel is located in Shivali nagar, half hour drive from Har Ki Pauri. Hotel rooms needs revamp. Mattress, bedding, floor not good. However hot water, room service were good. Staff are very good, supportive, allowed grace time for check out as I had an infant. Restaurant serves very good food.

Lovey stay. Still minor improvement needed. No parking space. Risky for 4 wheeler.
Need to improve the quality of food and cleanliness of bathroom. Though reasonably priced.
