Hotel venus heritage, it was a good experience and water heaters were not there, that was only drop out of rating.

everything was good except drinking water…..service was good people were hospitable price was reasonable

Very bad, worse, experience with hotel tranquil hospitality due to various reasons. Also makemytrip not helped for it since 6 days after repeated messages

Cleaningness needs significant improvements. Linens were not clean. Bathroom mirror was broken. Staffs were courteous though.

The room provided was clean and owner was also very cooperative. The beds were quite comfortable as well. There was just a little problem(ac's swing was not working) but overall manageable and nice stay.
