Everything about the stay was really good — great food, clean rooms, and an excellent location easily reachable and really well mannered staff

It was good to stay and staff were quite helpful too but there were no soaps or towels in bathroom

Hotel venus heritage, it was a good experience and water heaters were not there, that was only drop out of rating.

everything was good except drinking water…..service was good people were hospitable price was reasonable

Very bad, worse, experience with hotel tranquil hospitality due to various reasons. Also makemytrip not helped for it since 6 days after repeated messages

Cleaningness needs significant improvements. Linens were not clean. Bathroom mirror was broken. Staffs were courteous though.
