1. Sir are you a blind person. Have you not seen my message that hotel person not allowed to stay there during my booking date and i have been demanding to return back my money.

Need to have at least a chair in a room. Need to work on the bedcovers and pillow covers, because most of them are stained. Use better quality detergents for washing sheets and covers because, freshness of the covers are not pleasing.
