    Pathetic experience with this hotel. Don’t trust on photos which they uploaded because the view from hotel is totally different than actual. Also bedsheets were dirty and bathrooms were unhygienic.

    Pathetic experience. Photos shown is different from actual. There is a no view from hotel because there is a hotel in front of this hotel. Dirty bedsheets and unhygienic bathrooms. Even after requesting from hote staff to change the bed sheets they deny to change.

    Service was good. Room was clean. When ever i asked for a room service be it a meal, coffee etc the service was quick. Manager is calm and composed, listens to you.

    Breakfast was not complimentary, i had paid for it, still i was charged extra when i asked for eggs which were on the breakfast menu. Even after there were plenty of breakfast options i was still served only parathas. Not to the mention the food tasted pathetic and the hotel caretakers insist you to rate them good during checkout. Never coming here again.

    Terrible Stay

    The location of the hotel is in correct on mmt. We went for ind nz cricket match. And came bck at 12 am. I spoke to the hotel staff but they did not send any location and kept telling us like come there, take right turn etc etc. We were looking for hotel for about 3 hours. Then our petrol got finished and we were in the jungle alone with no one around. I kept calling hotel staff but they started cutting our phones. Owner was not reachable. Never thought of a horrible night with this stay. Luckily i found a cab, and then i went to dharamshala fuel pump. Got some petrol in water bottles. The cab driver knew the hotel location so he helped us there. We reached hotel at 6 am. They gave a closed room, bathroom was dirty, there was a funny smell. Linen was also dirty. But we had no option but to sleep. We did call customer care as well but even they were not able to help us. Will never use mmt again for any reservations.

    Staff said it has air-tel dth, but was a local box without a remote. Intercom was only one way traffic. No tea bags or mini bar available. The location was good.

    We have booked the family room for two days and our experience is pathetic. If there is negative rating option, i am surely rated negative. 1. photos khuch or hi ha-in or reality khuch or hi hai. 2. No hospitality. 3. Rooms are smelling, no clinliness at all. 4. Foods was so average even they charged so high. 5. Over-costly property. At last don't go with cover photos.

    It will s a good home stay but not a hotel. Staff was less responsive to query. Some guest were playing loud music next to my room at night but there was not response from hotel staff

    It was an average property, with 2 star facilities. Food was below average, but overall the hotel was clean, ok for bachelors who just have to spend the night. Staff was polite. No laundry service and no complimentary mineral water or tea/coffee in the room.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel turkish cottage during my visit to dharamshala and i must say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel's location is simply stunning, nestled in the serene surroundings of the himalayan range, with breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains and lush green valleys. The staff at the hotel are incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at home. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the service was impeccable. The hotel's restaurant is also beautifully designed, with a warm and inviting ambiance, making it the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, my stay at hotel turkish cottage was simply wonderful, and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting dharamshala. The stunning location, warm and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious food all combined to make it an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to dharamshala!
