Excellent Stay
It was amazing, the staff was cooperative and polite. The room was clean and cozy with 24 hrs hot water available. The location is excellent, walking distance to the waterfall and the main market.

Truly felt like home away from home!
I visited McLeodganj Bhagsu in the off-season for a solo trip, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences. They let me check in 7 hours early since a room was available, and I spent the day watching movies in the common room. The staff even brought food there (even though it’s usually self-service), and every single person was so kind and welcoming. Most importantly, I felt completely safe throughout my stay, which made the experience even more special. Truly felt like home away from home!

Amazing property and view
The place is located near bhagsu waterfall. There are many shops and eateries outside. There are cabs roadside and scooty rental nearby. This place has amazing view from the terrace. The common area with the projecter and many games was an absolute delight. They had room service and the kitchen is open 24 hours. The food is also very delicious They had parking area. The room was clean and had a great view from balcony. Overall my experience was 10/10. Loved their service. Would highly recommend this place.

worst experience of my life
Absolutely disgusting experience. The washrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks — foul smell, stained walls, and clogged drains that made it impossible to even step inside without gagging. The beds? Completely broken and unstable, making it impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. Sheets were stained and felt like they hadn’t been washed for the last ten guests. Can’t believe this place calls itself a hostel. It felt more like an abandoned junkyard. Total waste of money — avoid this filthy hellhole unless you enjoy unhygienic conditions and sleepless nights

The experience was overall good . However , some care needs to be taken for food delivery times from go cafe . I had to wait couple of times .

Stay is nice but they have many restrictions. Also the food served is really bad. They do not have a proper kitchen. We ordered chicken tikka, mutton kebab and chicken pizza. It was below average and the pizza was wet... it was the worst. The staff will show tantrums on every small request. We requested for extra salt and lemon and the staff declined.
