Nice Property.Awesome Location with View

Nice places nice room nice staff also good crowd and very nice amenities

This property of Zostel is very inconvenient to reach. Too many stairs to carry the luggage. Be mentally prepared for it. Every time you need to come to market it’s a 15 min hard walk. The staffs do not help in carrying any luggage. From tax stop to the property you have to carry all your luggage, so make sure you have few stuffs to carry all at once. Same thing at check out, even more difficult as you have to climb the stairs.

While the food and location were positives, the rest of our Suite experience was unacceptable. Our room was unclean upon check-in, with hair on the bed and stained linens. Service was consistently lacking. We experienced severe water issues for two days, including a full outage and then only a very slow flow of cold water. The staff's handling of these issues was dismissive and showed a lack of urgency. For the price of a Suite, we expected a higher level of cleanliness and significantly better service.

The property is good, located at main market. the only downside is you have to around 100 stairs to reach there

Had a comfortable and an amazing stay . Had breakfast there which was good . Moreover , the mountain view from the room was the best part of my stay there. I would just literally gaze at the mountains .

The view, food and vibes - everything was amazing. Very helpful team as they helped move my luggage up and down the stairs.

I just love the location , rooms were neat and clean , and they provide great hospitality, whatever I ask for they have provided that, the cafeteria is also have great food plus great vibe plus great view it is good blend of peace

The stay was really comfortable. The view from the Zostel cafe was astonishing - direct view of the mountains. The cleanliness across the Zostel was indeed of the next level - didn't expect that before visiting the property. Would highly recommend the property if you are planning a trip to Mcleodganj.
