Amazing sta
The stay was amazing. the hotel is at very convenient location and the view is amazing from hotel. Also, the hotel was clean and services were good. The food at hotel restaurant was also good.

Rooms were not clean, hygiene is missing, food quality is not at par as per the pricing. The parking facility is not enough as compared with the rooms occupancy and guest count...

Excellent Stay
The hotel was very well situated at the heart of the city. The room was clean, service was great and the staff were very courteous. The views from the room were also lovely and the food was made very well. For this price point, would highly recommend the hotel

Decent stay with great mountain vie
Decent hotel with great view of the mountains. Restaurant service is very good. Rooms are spacious. Though it needs better housekeeping. We had to request for towels and change of sheets as they weren't clean.

Not a great stay
Average stay to be honest. Internet was not working properly, rooms walls and ambience was untidy and quite run down, water kettle was dirty and required few washes.

Good Stay
Rooms were clean and quite specious. Also food was also good. Hotel us in main road, evert is easily accessible , I just found it’s difficult to locate while moving on road and other shops on ground floor.

Excellent Stay
The location of hotel was good right on the highway between Dharmashala and Palampur and was 1.5 km away from the international stadium. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was very clean with a small balcony attached as well for enjoying the outside view and overall hotel had good ambience. It was a very comfortable stay.

Memoirs of Dharmashala & Square one
It was a fantastic experience ! The hotel is in a prime location & therefore very strategic for planning local sightseeing or shopping . The scenic beauty is unmatched & the snow clad mountains of the Dauladhar range are just a blink away ! The USP is the staff The staff at the reception ( Vikram & team ) was warm , helpful & guided us in all that we wanted . All travel arrangements for sightseeing & our journey back to Amritsar was arranged by them . The housekeeping staff ( Shanta & team ) were prompt in their service & courteous ! The restaurant was a nice experience . Good food , plenty of variety & Rohit & his team were always ready to go the extra mile to give us all that we needed . All in all it was a memorable experience ! Keep it up ! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Dharmashala !
