Review Of HOTEL TOWER VIEW

View was excellent and good bed was comfortable but the washroom need some neatness

It was an amazing experience... the service was really nice...and the staff were really helpful...and the room was worth the price... i would suggest it to anyone who wants to have a stay at gangtok.

Bathroom was hell dirty And found dead insect in blankets Stayed for 3 days but no one came to clean the room Water heater not working

This is not a hotel, it's a homestay, rooms were filled with rats, cockroach, lizards and termites, i won't recommend this hotel even to my enemies!! Do not ever trust this hotel

The stay was okay and the veiw was very good but cleaness was not well and others are fine and staff behavior was okay and other is fine

Very dirty environment. The whole room is filled with bad smell all the time. There is not even a hanger in the room.

don't believe that the place is too good to stay, me and my brother faced many problems on that because it was a hectic for us to stay due to old wooden home with aa untidy washroom

The rooms were not cleaned,geyser not working properly, tap water is not coming properly ,stairs to the room were very steff. Not recommended to stay.Very disappointed for the rooms and the service of the Hotel.

TV but no recharge no food. no drinking water supply & 3 hour not supplied bathroom water. Not picks phone. propriter & his sister is cook. not good roof & Bathroom. I am with family so unhappy on 28/05/25 to 30/05/25. suggest every body not to book now because picture by that concern's sales & so poor qualit . There also no Tv. It's pathetic that I booked depending ur note about hotel. but not matched. At that time what I do ? s

Very poor room, bathroom also in bad condition, poor service by hotel staff.

The hotel was the worst experience ever. They were least bothered about the cleanliness. The washroom was tiny and the geyser was not working. but the view from the hotel was amazing.

the view from the room is fantastic💖 & WE tried Maggie & chai those are also unforgettable 🔥 but please renovate the rooms & beds!

location is very bad for traveller's, no food services, room cleanliness is very bad, management services are very poor.

Sorry to say, but this hotel very dirty, dirty smell, room conditions was very bad, geyser not working, all water tap bad condition, 2000 room rent was very unfair & that's like a 500 wala room.😓😓😓

worst condition of hotel stay i had exprienced in my life room are small bed sheet & blacket are old age soiled condition, no hot water cattle provided for tea & staff are not at all eagar to know the customer need, staircase down side narrow & route was not at all covient to locate first time for guest

It is in heigher slope of road a bit distant from Mall but main thing the room is very untidy & not clean the floor mattress. It is observed that no maintenance is taking care. The Balcony door & window not closed properly. So outer chilled air disturbed throughout the night.

The bathroom is not upto the mark, the cooperation by the owner is not at all satisfied and the v hicle cannot be stopped in front ofnthe hotel and hotel management deny to carry our suitcases to the respective rooms
