However, hygiene is a major area for improvement. I noticed cockroaches roaming around, which was disappointing and made the cleanliness feel below expectations. The hotel also lacks elevators, which can be inconvenient for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. On the positive side, the hotel is located in a good neighborhood with wide roads and a peaceful environment, making it easy to access nearby places. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with excellent staff and comfortable rooms, but hygiene and cleanliness need serious attention to make it a truly good stay.

Location is good, a tab bit far from the metro station. Stay was good, but the room could've been cleaner. Also MMT said they would have a complementary checkout of 2 hours

Bathroom is dirty& smelly, bed sheet & quilt was dirty, power plug was not working.

The property had zero amenities they didn’t even provided water bottles in room, and washroom didn’t had lock same with the balcony door no lock from inside, and definitely room was not how it looked on site, but only one thing they did good was not changing extra for late check out, i hope these issues get fixed before the next person books,

It was a comfortable stay. We came here in Delhi for 2 days with family, and it is a near by hotel close to Nizamuddin Rail Station. Staff behavior was good and supportive. Thank you!

I booked Jom and Jerry Hotel through MMT Biz as it was the nearest option to Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium for VDHM 2025, but the experience was terrible. The pictures on MMT are completely misleading — the actual condition of the hotel is very poor and unhygienic. The first room offered to me was already used and not of the category I had booked. Bedsheets, pillow covers, floor, and blankets were extremely dirty, the washroom was a complete mess, and the whole room had a bad odor due to fungus on the walls and surfaces. Overall, a very disappointing stay — not recommended at all.

Location is at very good place near market. But at night it is quite that is good for sleep. Rooms are clean and neat. My Room had a balcony. Overall stay was very good. Highly recommended.
