I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel on 17.09.25 for a short duration of around 8 hours. I had expected at least a *basic level of cleanliness, comfort, and safety*, but what I experienced was *far below any acceptable standard*. The room was extremely unhygienic, poorly maintained, and gave off a foul smell. The bedding looked used and unwashed, the bathroom was in a terrible state, and the overall condition of the room was simply pathetic. I had booked this room for rest, but instead I left feeling disgusted and cheated. I chose this hotel based on the online listing, but the reality was completely different. If you are charging guests even for short stay there is a basic responsibility to provide a room that is at least clean, safe, and liveable.

poor management. asked for extra money, many cocokrach were roaming inside the room,also room service very poor they dont even checked if we are comfortable or not .No proper waste managment they did nt collected the stuff from our room that made the room messy .only the first day only the waste bin where presented but from the second day no waste bin where presented.

lift,wifi availability is mentioned but none of it is there,instead narrow stairs. Broken spring from bed has let to cut in my toe. Untidy bedsheet, damaged dirty bathroom, old stained almirah, dirty toiled rim. Due to this unhygienic environment it can cause serious health issues, adding to that is the neglecting behaviour of staffs. After confirming food order at 9pm they are delaying it continuously and no response is provided from any of the staff. With all the points mentioned i hope necessary action will be taken at the earliest.

I booked this property because it was close to Nizamuddin station (within 2 km) and seemed decent in the photos. Unfortunately, the reality was nothing short of a nightmare. • The photos shown online and the real rooms have absolutely no match. The pictures must have been taken 10 years ago. • At check-in, the staff first showed us a room that looked straight out of a horror movie. Only after insisting and paying extra did they “upgrade” us to a room slightly better, but still terrible. • The false ceiling was broken and pieces of paint actually fell onto the floor while we were inside. • Electrical switches were broken, and the TV did not work. • The entire room had a strong smell of tobacco. • Bed bugs were crawling behind pillows and along the bedlines – I had to use my Ladakh sleeping bag just to protect myself from the itchy mattress. Even then, I couldn’t get proper sleep. • The bathroom was disgusting: hair strands left behind, ceiling in a horrific state, and generally unhygienic. • Burnt matchsticks were scattered on the floor. • The main door had a huge gap through which all the noise from outside came in. I’ve stayed in rooms for ₹850 that felt far better and cleaner than this one. For the price charged here, it felt alien to expect such poor standards. To the owner/management – you are sitting on a property in a really good neighbourhood with greenery, peace, and limited competition nearby. The location has great potential to be developed into a premium stay. But right now, it’s being run into the ground with false advertising, poor maintenance, and complete lack of hygiene.

as far as the hotel is concerned, it was OK, but their staff is very cordial and supportive, especially manager Mr Saurabh Sukla, he helped us more than our imaginations. overall nice experience while staying there

The hotel is in a lane on first floor (Landmark UCO BANK) . Good location , lot of options of food and grocery. Room was clean and spacious as I was given a deluxe room. There was some problem in the bathroom but the shower was working so I managed. Rest at this cost the stay was fine.

Its really awesome stay. Fully modern room and supporting staff. Before taking room discussed with manager Mr Saurabh Shukla regarding knee surgery and then he given extra ordinary service to us which make our stay comfortable. Thanks for your kind support
