Review Of Hotel The Venus

I was stay on dated 29/9/2025 and found central ac was not working and after reminder will get the solutions.also teapot was not available.

Good but toiletries are not provided. Soap and saving kit not available in the bathroom, AC not working &towel are found dirty.

The people at the reception At checkout, they handed us the room service bill and said, "Pay for the food you ate, you have to pay." Even though we hadn't ordered anything

hotel stay was good, service was 5 star but swimming pool was out of order and non-functional, the gym they opened for me , but it looked very poorly maintained. Food was pathetic service was terrible staff was very disrespectful..seems like they are not getting any pay..in both nights they switched off ac...it took me 2 hrs to get someone for dinner dishes... and room was not even touched even after giving them key to clean it...it was my worst experience of lifetime in hotel stay... i wish to choose anything more then terrible i would suggest make my trip to remove this property from listing

Property was much better only food is not up to mark for solo person, he will order minimum half qty of any food which is too much in qty and solo person have to waste his food and money food menu should be change or revised. 1 score deduct for food food menu should be revised and qtr qty also to be add

*1/5 Stars* My experience at The Venus Hotel, Rudrapur was extremely disappointing. The hotel was decent, but the service was terrible. I had booked online and paid in advance, but when I paid for dinner, they claimed the payment wasn't received, despite me showing them screenshots and transaction IDs. They asked me to pay again, which I did. Later, they acknowledged the duplicate payment, but took over a month to refund. I had to follow up repeatedly, but the manager was rude, and the refund wasn't processed on time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to its poor service and management.

Rudurpur is 5-6 kms its in out skirts food is okay lighting in room is dull i took delexue room no fridge n all

The room was smelly with over 100 mosquitoes. Was unable to get out of the blanket. A bit costly food with no taste

Room is so petite, No gallery for ventilation, but staff is Good and cooperative, No internal food service available.

The hotel staff was very bad. They harassed me a lot by saying that we will not give you a room because the rent of your room is very low. I want to know what is the fault of the customer in this, the customer will book the same fare that was coming on make my trip. In this, no call is received from make my trip. The hotel staff says that you should call the police, we got very disturbed at night, tell me whose fault is it in this, make my trip or the hotel

A very bad hotel for stay . In the morning,You don’t need any alarm for wake-up,Mosquitos in my room did the job very well and also helps me to have my free breakfast on time. Rooms are very dirty.

Good property but poor service.location also very 👍.Don't even bother to show bills to customers. Extra item added an not even bothered to refund even discussed with desk staff

Hospitality is worst management is very bad don’t know how to behave with customer basic essential are totally missing.

Room are suffocation with no ventilation at all quality of room don't justify the price we paid buffet breakfast quality and service were pathetic we were allotted room on first floor there was some function in banquet on ground floor at nit as well as early morning the sound of dhol and music didn't let us sleep or relax and eventually we had to leave the hotel and shift to another hotel as hotel staff was of no help at all hotel in room dinning staff was at the time of service more curious in peeking in the room all around rather then doing their jobs
