Hotel staff was not coperative with us very bad behaviour

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the local market, which made exploring the area very convenient. The hygiene standards were well-maintained, and the staff were extremely cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, offering good value for money. However, the only drawback was the lack of natural sunlight in the room, which made it feel a bit dim. Apart from that, it’s a good place to stay for short trips.

Nice place in heart of the city. v nice and courteous staff especially manager Santosh. Three star facilities in v genuine price.

I booked Room in this Hotel at 3155 INR inclusive of breakfast and dinner. Hotel is located at centre of city, staff specially restaurant staff was very courteous. Very special thing about this Hotel is that Restaurant was operational till mid night. O reached the Hotel around 11:30 pm and they served me dinner as per my pre-booked plan, food taste was book. They served buffet breakfast in Restaurant with options. Hotel room was very small, room and washroom were not that much clean, just ok to spend a night. Overall experience was little more than average.

It's a great hotel in the city which delivers what it promises. Just try their food, it's probably the best in Rudrapur.

The food was delicious..what stood out was the hospitality, cleanliness and diligence of the hotel staff.Would recommend this place to anyone especially if you are a south indian with less fluent hindi

Inter com not working, electric kettle not working and AC remote not working. Apart from the above issues other are ok.

Location is fine, room size is good but I'm toiletries they don't provide any thing. in the hotel they don't have any moisturizer it was shocking. Breakfast doesn't have option, very limited. Over all not recommended.

Everything was good neat and clean, all the staff was well mannered. For those who are searching good stay with best food options amber hotel is highly recommended.
