The leisure trip with the family ruined because of the stay at this place livbox at rudrapur, uttarakhand. I booked room with breakfast option and requested for an extra bed. The room was ok except for the creeking bathroom door. The issues - this property is not a hotel. Basically looks like a service apartment. Saw the front office person only once at the time of checkin after that not available at all. Only one person who apparently is cook, looking after housekeeping, room service etc. Obviously hard-pressed with work and hence delayed response. Request for towels and bed linen for extra bed was not available apparently becoz of delayed delivery from washing. The linen provided for the extra bed (after many requests) is torn and dirty. No basic items like sauce, ketchup, pickle ( was provided just 2 teaspoons and was told no more pickle available. One small curd provided for 3 people and no more curd was available. No food options except poha, a loo parantha and omelette. We were charged extra money for milk at the breakfast time and was told only tea will be provided with breakfast. Manager ! was not available on phone or in person. Had to insist for clean linen on 2nd night for which again another sheet was provided which was dirty and the caretaker insisted it was clean. In total, extremely bad experience and was unhappy

Good facilitied in livbox and little bit improvement required searching livbox is little tough.
