Flush was not working well! Then dine in services was very slow i have to kept waiting for water and food

I checked in a presidential suite paid for it but the ac was not working so they gave me a small room. I enquired about the pool while check-in they told me pool is near bar u can visit there but the pool was not in use so i asked the manager you could have mentioned it before check in but he replied sir ese thodi kr skte h kal ko chef bhag gya to hum mention thodi kr skte h hotel to chalana h

very good hotel and service. only issue with lift that it is not on ground floor and elderly people will have to climb 8 to 12 steps to reach their room. so better to stay in ground floor room.

Great stay and good hospitality. Hotel is old but very well maintained. They have premium rooms which is very updated. Room service and breakfast buffet is excellent. In room dining menu is affordable. Swimming was not in service which is slightly disappointing

Always a comfortable stay at this hotel. Good rooms. Nice food. But yes room services are quite slow. The property is very big and you can enjoy a nice time during your stay.

Location is good, quite nearby rudrapur city railway station but the property is constructed in an old fashioned manner. staff is not prompt. whenever you request something they take a lot of time to get anything done. They don't even provide basic amenities like a hair dryer or iron on request. There is an issue with mosquitoes as well.

Property location is good. This hotel is situated at rampur - rudrapur road, parking space is very good. Food quality is excellent and service is also ok

Staff is not at all good they are very arrogant even they claim extra bed for third person but they only provide mattress on floor not folding bed even but prices for one night is like almost 4star hotel

Serene ambience, neat and clean floor and palatable food! big spacious room with king-size bed! away from hustle bustle of city but not far- a true resort in the lap of nature; i enjoyed my stay and will visit again

Old but good bars & swimming pools are also good & better location for nearby companies like Ashok Leyland

Not received any morning call regarding breakfast. And denied breakfast by the restaurant. Even after connecting with higher authorities not getting any proper response and even breakfast. Gm jay-ant bisht response was terrible

Property - room good but tv is having some trouble with functioning, ac not cooling to the required level. Food- taste not good, very slow service (waited for about an hour after ordering something in room. Breakfast buffet - not much options, tea was like warm water with some flavour.
