Pathetic stay ever

Property location was pathetic, it was at last crossing from dharamkot road, it's a very crowded road, with full of rush/traffic all the time it's very difficult to pass from that road. Food was ok ok, the stay was pathetic, the services was pathetic, they also charge for a water bottle, no landline was available there in my room, during my stay i have taken bath in evening, so asked for a fresh bath towel next morning, they refused to give, said that they can give only by next check in hours. I'll not recommend anyone to stay at that property.

Hotel rooms are not good, at somewhere fan is little bit not at it's space and somewhere light is also like that they are not at their place they are hanging, putty is broken down with the closing and opening of door, insects are there in room, cleanliness is average, i really don't like it only staff is good

Very bad experience

Hi everyone i love to travel but this time my experience was extremely bad as per the booking hotel provide bottle water but when we ask for bottle water they denied and mention it was not part of package next when we ask for tea kettle same wad denied, room phone was not working it i want to place any order we went to the front office and place my order. It was my worst experience in travel. I will not recommend to any one this property.

Poor Stay

It was pathetic. Not worth the money. No toiletries. I could feel the spring mattress poking me. No comfort. On mmt you guys show like it's such a good property. Only one option in breakfast. What's the point of paying extra for just paranthas. If mmt can refund, i'll be more than happy. If you find the claim wrong, go and stay there. I'll do the bookings for you guys.

Great sight seen location with helpful staff but need improvement in cleaness

Good hotel for family stay with combination of rooms, we reach there last thursday it was veer pleasant day with clean rooms and great sight seen location near by bhangsu temple or bhangsu waterfall, but on second day noboday came for cleaning sevices when on objection about that they said we have limited staff for cleaning but other services are good thanking you.
