I had the best experience to stay at this hotel, everything is excellent and they upgraded me for free to a river side view room. Definitely will recommend them for a five star stay in kargil

The location was very nice with few rooms having very good view of the river, however other rooms did not have the view... The bedsheet were not that comfortable... Overall average experience.. Staff were very helpful though..

The hotel is good but certain things need attention. Our room had a balcony. But there is no curtain for the balcony. And the balcony door is glass. Anyone across the river from the road can see inside the room. We had to get our room changed to a room without a balcony. Also there is construction happening around the hotel as it is right in the middle of the city. Apart from this, the staff and food are extremely good and helpful.

Exceptional luxury experience in Kargi

Exceptional level of hotel in Kargil, nothing short of a 4 star. Stayed in the premium river side room. Spacious room with separate area for sitting/dining, tea coffee kettle section and the bed. Amazing view of the Suru river from the balcony. The balcony had a small coffee table and 2 chairs as well. Food was finger licking good. The only drawback was that the dining area of the buffet did not have ventilation so it got very hot while having food. The manager, house keeping staff and dining staff everyone attends with great courtesy. Must stay in this place if visiting Kargil.

Great stay - super comfortable. And it’s literally right by the river so the view from the river facing rooms is amazing. You can hear the calm and the peace of the river through the night. Staff is quiete helpful too. All in all, great stay in Kargil. The property is new so is well maintained- hopefully they’ll keep that up.
