I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Kaal in Leh. The location is convenient, close to the main market yet quiet enough for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. They also have good heating and comfortable beds which are much needed in Leh’s weather. The staff was extremely warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with travel guidance and arrangements. Food at the restaurant was tasty with a mix of indian and continental options. Hygiene standards were maintained well. Love their breakfast buffet. I really like the garden area, and the views of the mountains adds to the charm of the property. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Leh, whether for leisure or adventure. I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Actually we stayed at the hotel mountain vibes which is also a property by kaal. We had booked executive room with balcony which had good view of the mountain. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Cleanliness was on point. We had early flight so we left the hotel at 5 am and we were presently surprised to see they had packed us all a breakfast box to take away which was such a warm and nice gesture. They also were very helpful regarding booking of local sight seeing taxi and also helped us get various permits to travel in leh.

Great stay at Nubra valley, nice and clean rooms. really well maintained garden with all sorts of Apples, red or green make your pick. Worth mentioning, adorable hospitality from Jetsun and Jigmed. I would highly recommend this stay.

Great location and helpful staff ! The view from the rooms were great of the snow peaked mountains - paisa vasssoollll !

No concierge offered. Hotel Reception was vacant most of the time. Biased services. Catered more to the foreigners.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel The Kaal. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, offering a comfortable atmosphere. The staff was warm and helpful, always attentive to guests'needs. The food served was tasty with a good variety, and the location provided a peaceful setting with beautiful surroundings. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff.friendly and helpful staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was good. It was clean, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

The hotel is not maintained properly. We booked 2 suite rooms which are the most expensive rooms at this property. One of the rooms was seriously infested with mold and the wall paint was peeling due to this. The electricity was not working in one of the bathrooms. The couches were dirty and looked like they had not been washed in months. The common area also did not look clean. Overall the stay was pretty average.

Due to high bookings at The Kaal, we were offered an upgrade to other hotel (Casa Galwan) in a premium room, which later i came to know was a 3 star property and that too there was no such things as a premium room in that hotel as it is under upgradation phase. The worst part was we had to leave early in the morning and there was NO WATER OR ELECTRICITY at the hotel and even the staff was nowhere to be found. Really the worst experience!

I stay in The Kaal Hotel in Leh. Hotel is very nice and clean. Room is big, bed is soft and warm. View from window is very beautiful, mountain and sky look very nice. Staff is very friendly and help me for everything. Food is tasty, breakfast also good. Location is good, near market. I feel very happy stay here. Next time I come Leh I stay here again

I recently traveled solo to Leh and stayed at Hotel The Kaal. The room was cozy and clean, with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and really made me feel welcome. The hotel’s location is quiet but still close to everything I wanted to explore. It was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I’d happily stay there again!

a perfect location , had an amazing stay at the kaal with great view of the mountains and good food.

Room was not worth five thousand rupees what I paid. It is not worth more than thousand rupees. Food is average.

The hotel manager told us that they don't have a comfortable room and they asked us to take a room in their other property under the Shava Hotel. This property was sub standard and the whole experience was disappointing.

The kaal hotel hospitality is really good. Good staff, Good food.
