It’s clearly not a 5 star category hotel as amenities provided . Had chosen 2nd highest category of room but hotel alloted us rooms in old wing out of which they gave us one normal room and after request were given the other room that too in old wing only.

Amazing stay at the zen ladakh

coupleWe stayed here for two nights and i am happy i selected the best hotel in leh. The staff whether its the service boys, the manager, the chef everyone have been amazing. The food was too good and their breakfast and dinner buffet have been amazing. The property itself is very well maintained and if you are planning to come to leh don’t waste your time looking at any other hotel.

The heating system was not working. They used convention heaters which further reduced the oxygen level in the room. Food was not good. Only the staff behaviour seemed to be good.
